Core Responsibilities & Duties Scope
- Operational Leadership: Full management and supervision of the premises team (caretakers cleaning maintenance).
- Compliance & Safety: Responsibility for all site security compliance (H&S fire safety) and statutory inspections.
- Facilities Management: Oversight of routine maintenance schedules contractor liaison and management of the site budget.
Essential Requirements & Benefits
- Candidate Profile: Proven experience in facilities management or as a senior Site Manager preferably within a school or large public organisations. Must hold relevant H&S qualifications.
