Job Summary

We are a company specialized in the manufacturing of components for electric hybrid and internal combustion vehicles. We have the support of 4000 employees across 6 countries operating in 13 production units and 3 engineering centers to serve more than 100 clients.

At Draxton Atxondo we are looking to hire a Production this role you will be responsible for ensuring the efficiency and continuous improvement of production processes optimising technical and human resources guaranteeing compliance with quality cost and deadline standards and working closely with the engineering and quality teams to deliver solutions that drive the companys industrial competitiveness. This position reports to the Plant Engineering Manager and involves close collaboration with Production Purchasing and Health & Safety.



Main Responsibilities:

  • Daily monitoring of production ensuring compliance with quality and productivity targets through preventive and corrective actions.
  • Post-industrialisation optimisation of products and processes to improve efficiency.
  • Control of technical costs focusing on scrap recovery and production rates.
  • Management and maintenance of tooling as well as the construction of replacement tooling and definition of tests for industrialisation.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with Project Engineering and Quality to meet deadlines and support the customer.
  • Promotion of continuous improvement and training maintaining order cleanliness and compliance with safety environmental and energy procedures.

To succeed in this role you will need:

  • Degree in Engineering.
  • Intermediate level of English.
  • High motivation for a position based in a production plant.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented individual.

What we offer:

  • Job stability: permanent contract backed by a strong financial environment.
  • Full-time 100% on-site. Monday to Thursday: start between 7:30 a.m. and 8:30 a.m. finish from 4:30 p.m. onwards. Friday: intensive schedule start between 7:30 a.m. and 8:30 a.m. finish between 1:30 p.m. and 2:30 p.m.
