- Location: Laconia NH 03246
- Duration: 13 week
- Shift: 12-hr Night 7:00 PM -7:00 AM
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
- Weekly Pay Rate: $1980 - $2160; (Negotiable based on experience)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) with telemetry experience for a 13-week assignment at our Laconia NH. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of relevant specialty experience and a proven track record in patient care. This role requires excellent clinical skills strong communication and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to telemetry patients including monitoring cardiac rhythms and managing complex patient needs.
- Administer medications and treatments safely according to hospital protocols.
- Utilize clinical judgment to assess plan implement and evaluate patient care.
- Document patient care accurately and timely in the EMR system (Cerner experience preferred).
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
- Respond to emergencies promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to all regulatory standards.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in telemetry or relevant specialty.
- Travel nursing experience documented.
- Licensure: Active NH RN license or Compact RN license required.
- Certifications: BLS and ACLS required.
- EMR Exp Preferred: Cerner - experience is preferred not required.
