Job Summary

- Oversee the end-to-end planning execution and delivery of software projects in a complex distributed system environment.
- Combine project management leadership with business analysis skills to align business goals technical requirements and execution.
- Collaborate closely with engineering (especially Java/Spring Boot) QA product and compliance teams to define project scope and manage priorities.
- Drive and manage multiple concurrent projects using Agile Scrum or hybrid methodologies ensuring cross-team accountability and transparency.
- Translate business requirements into actionable functional and technical specifications.
- Manage dependencies and integration points across n-tier architectures and distributed systems.
- Coordinate project priorities resource plans timelines and budgets with stakeholders.
- Facilitate project meetings retrospectives and regular status reporting to track and communicate progress.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation including roadmaps and release notes.
- Support and refine internal SDLC processes ensuring compliance with standards such as HIPAA or SOC 2.
- Collaborate with QA and DevOps teams for successful deployments in AWS cloud environments.
- Identify risks issues and changes in project scope early implementing mitigation and escalation strategies.
- Ensure high-quality project delivery within established timelines and resource constraints.
- Utilize strong communication documentation stakeholder management and analytical skills to drive project success.
- Leverage experience with regulated/quality-controlled environments (e.g. FDA ISO 13485 HIPAA SOC 2) as a strong plus.
- Employ project management tools and collaborative software platforms for effective project tracking and coordination.
