Job Summary
Job Summary (in list format):
- Develop build and maintain accurate resilient and high-performing robotic process automations (RPAs) based on business and functional requirements.
- Collaborate closely with development business analysis and stakeholder teams to ensure organizational needs are met through automation solutions.
- Translate requirements into effective automation workflows and processes using tools like UiPath Power Automate or similar RPA technologies.
- Identify opportunities to enhance products improve efficiency and provide training to users or team members.
- Facilitate discussions on solution risks complexity and release planning including the creation of minimum viable products (MVPs).
- Participate in and coordinate testing quality assurance troubleshooting and bug fixing for automations.
- Support Agile/Scrum processes by attending backlog refinement sprint planning release planning reviews demos and other ceremonies.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders building strong collaborative relationships with both technical and business users.
- Triage and resolve bugs or issues reported by business users promptly.
- Demonstrate self-organization adaptability and apply cross-functional skills to deliver high-value automation solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with new technologies tools and best practices especially in AI and automation.
- Apply strong programming skills (preferably SQL PowerShell) and knowledge of system architecture (APIs storage UI) to automate business processes.
- Exhibit strong problem-solving critical thinking and time management skills and the ability to work in a global fast-paced and sometimes ambiguous environment.
