Requirements:
Preferred Qualifications:
- Manage all aspects of domestic and family law cases including client consultations pleadings discovery negotiations and litigation.
- Represent clients in court hearings mediations and settlement conferences.
- Draft motions petitions agreements and other legal documents with precision and attention to detail.
- Communicate effectively and compassionately with clients opposing counsel and court personnel.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior associates and support staff.
- Contribute to firm growth through client relationship management and participation in community or professional outreach.
- Maintain compliance with ethical standards and firm policies.
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience as a family law Attorney.
- VA Bar License
- Legal writing analysis and drafting skills
- Ability and willingness to travel to different courts in Northern Virginia
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience as a family law Attorney.
- Jury trial and court experience
- Prior judicial clerkship experience
