Job Summary

Schedule:
Monday- Friday 8:00am-5:00pm No weekends. (Typically will work 40 hours per week. However if you do not have additional work to complete that day you will be sent home for the remainder of the day).
- No Over Time Work.

Education:
Bachelors Degree
Active License as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Arizona
