Job Summary
Job Title: Quality Assurance Supervisor

Job Description:

Supervise train and motivate QA personnel; enforce company policies.

Review and audit production QC and sanitation records; ensure GMP and FDA compliance.

Lead investigations (OOS CAPA deviations complaints NCMR).

Maintain QA documentation at audit-ready standards.

Conduct monthly GMP audits and oversee supplier qualification records.

Manage QMS programs (GMP HACCP Sanitation Allergen Pest Control etc.).
-
Coordinate with production and inventory teams on reworks and quality issues.
-
Support regulatory audits (FDA NSF Kosher Halal etc.).
-
Ensure calibration and maintenance of quality instruments.
-
Stay updated on FDA/CFR regulations and train staff accordingly.
