Should have strong SAP S/4 HANA skills focusing on technical analysis and quality assurance activities in these applications.
1. Conduct root cause analysis (Problem Management) of any defects in Production to determine if these are related to Scope that are not operating as per the defined requirements
2. Conduct break/fix remediation work (Incident Management) including technical analysis and design build configuration and unit testing
3. Supplier agrees to work with COTS Software vendors and other Suppliers to identify short-term workarounds to contain the impact from an Incident or Problem
4. Conduct remediation work including technical analysis and design build configuration and testing required to reduce technical debt incurred during the Software Development Lifecycle
5. Conduct remediation work including technical analysis and design build configuration and unit testing required to address code issues identified
6. Perform needed Release and Deployment activities including Emergency Change Requests (Change and Release Management) if applicable to address the issue in Production
7. Comply with Customers QA procedures including the SDLC laws and regulations affecting Supplier in the delivery of the Application Sustainment Services
8. Provide support advice and assistance to Authorized Users for the application including incident resolution technical support and advice and answering user queries
9. Responsibility for upgrades and patches are the responsibility of the Customer and Supplier shall install upgrades and patches to installed software as directed by Customer including tuning code restructuring and other efforts to improve the efficiency and reliability of the programs in the event Supplier becomes aware of specified upgrades or patches Supplier shall make Customer aware in support of further Customer direction
10. Process on demand / ad hoc requests initiated by Authorized Users or requests for Minor and/or Major Enhancements (Service Requests)
11. Respond to requests for support of changes in data privacy and regulatory laws identified documented and requested by Customer within timeframes as mutually agreed
