Position : Project Manager with Data Analytics

Location : New Jersey NJ (onsite)

Term : W2/Full Time Role

Job Description :

Responsibilities

Lead and manage cross-functional teams to deliver large-scale programs and projects.
Define program goals objectives and success metrics ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.
Develop and maintain detailed program plans including timelines resource allocation and budget management.
Monitor program progress and performance identifying risks and issues and implementing corrective actions as needed.
Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization providing regular program updates and reports.
Ensure compliance with organizational standards policies and procedures throughout the program lifecycle.
Manage program budgets ensuring projects are completed within budgetary constraints.
Act as a mentor and coach to junior program managers providing guidance on best practices and methodologies.
Identify and implement process improvements to increase program efficiency and effectiveness.
Lead program evaluation and post-program reviews to assess successes challenges and lessons learned.
Drive adoption of program management tools and methodologies to enhance collaboration reporting and decision-making.
