Job Description:
  • Reviews analyzes and evaluates business systems and user needs. Formulates systems to parallel overall business strategies.
  • Writes detailed description of user needs program functions and steps required to develop or modify computer programs.
  • 70% BA and 30% PM work- schedule calls facilitate a meeting.
  • Requires a bachelors degree in area of specialty
  • 6-8 years of professional experience and Minimum 3 yrs BA role.
  • Familiar with a variety of the fields concepts practices and procedures.
  • Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks.
  • Leads and directs the work of others.
  • A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
  • Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.
  • GFP TIRE PROGRAM TEMP EMPLOYEE SCOPE OF WORK
OVERVIEW:
  • Full-time Program/Project Manager position supporting fleet lifecycle services for 60-90 days subject to potential extension
  • Reports to Senior Program Manager
REQUIRED SKILLS:
  • Advanced proficiency in Power BI SQL and Excel - confirmed
  • Experience with data visualization and dashboard creation
  • Proven stakeholder management capabilities- PM work different business partners.
  • Working with multiple stakeholders.
  • Project lifecycle management expertise
  • Data visualization to build dashboards
  • Data Management & Analysis
  • Lead end-to-end data analysis for tire program lifecycle
  • Develop and maintain reporting dashboards for key stakeholders
  • Transform complex data sets into actionable business insights
  • Structure and analyze unorganized data source
  • Project Management
  • Execute full project lifecycle management
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Lead stakeholder alignment meetings and communications
  • Implement change management initiatives
  • Coordinate cross-functional team activities
Candidate Requirements:
  • Degree/certification: bachelors any field required
Leadership Principles:
  • Bias for action invent and simplify insist on highest standards dive deep.
Performance indicators/ Deliverables:
  • Weekly/monthly performance dashboards
  • Project status reports and documentation
  • Manage and update Stakeholder communication plans
  • Change management documentation
  • Data analysis reports and recommendations
Top 3 must-have hard skills
  • 3 years Technical expertise- BA skills. SQL Power BI excel
  • Strong communication skills. Dealing with data and articulate/ translate into a presentation to stakeholders.
  • Ask good questions and understand problem.
  • 3 years Project/ program experience. Track work organized follow-up and communicate.
