Job Description:

This role is designated for an Electrical Planner. Candidates must possess experience with SAP.
Additionally a solid understanding of electrical and a background in planning are required.

Essential Duties / Functions

Planning of maintenance & reliability programs for the asset.
Create and maintain project and outage plans utilizing planning software.
Plans and prioritizes work for fast and efficient response effective backlog maintenance and cost control.
Creates job packs including all relevant information for job plans.
Coordinates the development of work orders and schedules with Operations and Maintenance personnel.
Develops and completes weekly monthly quarterly and 4-yearly look-ahead schedules for expense and upgrade work by working closely with functional supervisors engineering and technicians.
Manages the dispatching of work and availability of manpower in coordination with supervision.
Provides technical support for personnel within the CMMS modules.
Ensures proper documentation for work orders is in place.
Identifies material requirements and interfaces with vendor and/or supply chain as needed.
Assist with development of KPIs and produce reports on schedule compliance with emphasis in maintenance/inspection regulatory compliance. This will include analysis of deviations variations and trends with graphical representations
Requests changes to procedures as required.
Assists in the writing of procedures as required
Recommends and implements training to enhance effectiveness of work activities.
Assists on budget development as required.
Additional or other duties will be assigned from time to time by the supervision to meet business needs.

Minimum Requirements

Minimum education required of the position.
Minimum High School Diploma or GED. Technical Degree or similar is a plus.
Minimum experience required of the position.
5 plus years of maintenance experience utilizing SAP in the Oil and Gas or petrochemical facilities.
Minimum knowledge skills and abilities required of the position.
Heavy working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA.
Strong knowledge and experience in Planning Scheduling and Execution processes procedures and best practices.
Scheduling software definition and build experience is a plus.
Prometheus experience is preferred.
Experience with project planning software such as MS project or Primavera P6 is a plus.
Scheduling of small to medium scale projects.
Experience with scaffolding painting insulating heavy equipment operation-rigging/lifting crafts welding fabrication machining work estimation and planning.
Strong experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience working in a PHMSA regulated Pipeline facility preferred.
Experience with gas compression and metering equipment preferred.

Maintain or ability to maintain a Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) card in good standing status
State Issued Current and Valid Drivers License
Hands on field experience
SAP experience required
Primavera P6 and Prometheus are a bonus
At least 5-7 years of experience at a minimum
Strong preference to have candidates with TWIC in-hand but open to candidates who maybe have an expired TWIC and will renew or candidates who will get a TWIC
