Job Summary
CK Group is recruiting for an Applications Product Specialist to join a company in the diagnostics industry on a contract basis for 9 months.
Salary:
Paying 200 - 230 per day PAYE or 265.27 - 305.06 per day UMBRELLA (inside IR35)

Location:
This role is field based covering sites within the South of England (Outside London and South of M4). The applications product specialist will need to be located within the territory.

Applications Product Specialist Role:
- Handling of external and internal enquiries eitherremotely or directly
- Identification and troubleshooting of complexissues
- Conducting and designing external/internal training
- Information and knowledge transfer
- On-site service activities troubleshootinginstallations commissioning of instruments intoroutine use
Your Background:
- Previous experience of working in a hospital /research laboratory setting
- Proven track record of troubleshooting experience
- Tissue/Cellular Pathology/Histology/Histopathology background. Immunohistochemistry/In Situ Hybridisation/ISH/IHC
- Platforms - Benchmark Ultra/Ultra Plus/XT Bond DAKO
- Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and web delivery tools
- Understanding of the Diagnostics industry and familiar with working in a multicultural environment
