Job Summary
Position: Pharmacy Technician (Prior Authorization)
Expereince: 2 Years
Location: Hybrid - Detroit MI (48243)
Department: Medicare Pharmacy Operations
Role Overview:
This position is part of a remote contact center supporting Medicare Part D members and providers. You will handle inbound mail and inquiries related to the M3P program focusing on benefits and coverage determinations within strict timeframes (urgent: 24 hrs standard: 72 hrs).
Top Skills Required:
Minimum 2 years of retail pharmacy experience
Strong computer skills (typing Outlook Excel etc.)
Good knowledge of drug names and classes
Additional Skills:
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and adapt to change
CPhT certification preferred
Call center or CMS knowledge is a plus
