As Call center Advisor you would.
- Be able to establish new clients.
- Establish business relationships with new prospects.
- Schedule Appointments and make demonstrations to new Leads and Prospects.
- Demonstrate the ability to overcome objections negotiate and close business.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to be able to pitch the benefits of our solutions.
- Do online presentations to new leads and prospects.
- Document customer interactions accurately and efficiently.
- Exceed call quality and productivity standards .
- Handle outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
- Extroverted.
- Be able to speak Spanish Fluently.
- Sales or call center experience (minimum of 2 years)
- Strong negotiation and customer service skills.
- Highschool diploma or equivalent
- Computer skills (word excel power point other OS.)
- Be open to feedback and be coachable.
- Excellent communication skills and respectful telephone etiquette .
- Have excellent data entry typing and computer navigations skills.
- Quick learner.
