Job Summary

This is a remote position.

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Remote Customer Experience Associate to support our clients and internal teams. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who excels in communication coordination and problem-solving in a remote environment.



Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

Comfortable using digital tools and platforms for remote collaboration

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Previous experience in customer service administration or remote support is a plus but not required


Key Responsibilities

Serve as the main point of contact for clients via email chat and phone

Assist with scheduling follow-ups and ensuring client needs are met promptly

Maintain accurate records and document all client interactions

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve client satisfaction

Monitor ongoing projects and provide updates to management

Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance client experience
