Job Summary

Role :- Kronos Developer

Location :- Remote (United states)

Job Description :-

Core responsibilities include:

System Development & Configuration
- Design configure and customize Kronos Workforce Central or UKG Dimensions modules (Timekeeping Attendance Scheduling Accruals).
- Integrate Kronos with ERP/HR systems for seamless data flow.
- Develop and maintain Workforce Integration Manager (WIM) interfaces.
- Perform upgrades patches and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Create and maintain documentation for configurations and workflows.
- Develop custom reports and dashboards using Kronos reporting tools and SQL.
Collaboration & Compliance
- Work with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies.

Required Experience and Skills:

5 years with Kronos Workforce Central or UKG Dimensions.
Strong understanding of Timekeeping Scheduling and Absence Management.
Proficiency in Kronos APIs SQL and reporting tools.
Knowledge of HR/payroll processes and integration techniques.

Core Technical Skills

System Setup & Integration
- UKG Pro WFM configuration (Timekeeping Accruals Pay Policies).
- Device setup for time clocks (InTouch DX series).
- Integration with HRIS (e.g. Workday) and payroll systems.
Data Management
- Workforce Integration Manager (WIM) for imports/exports.
- SQL for custom queries and reporting.

Functional Knowledge

Labor Management
- Understanding of compliance with labor laws union agreements and overtime rules.
- Ability to configure pay rules rounding and scheduling policies.
Operational Expertise
- Familiarity with distribution center workflows (shift patterns break rules).
- Persona-based access configuration (Manager Supervisor HR Admin).

Soft Skills

Project management and stakeholder communication.
Problem-solving and analytical thinking.
