As a Subcontracts Supervisor you will play a crucial role in managing a small team of Subcontracts Analysts and Senior Subcontracts Analysts. Your responsibilities will include executing subcontract solicitations conducting thorough analyses creating and negotiating contracts and overseeing post-award activities for defense contracts.

#### Key Responsibilities:

- **Leadership & Training**: Train and lead a team of subcontracting professionals ensuring top-notch performance in support of government and commercial contracts.

- **Audit Support**: Navigate various audits including DCMA Contractor Purchasing System Review (CPSR) and Uniform Guidance audits maintaining compliance and efficiency.

- **Subcontract Management**: Take the lead on fact-finding proposal analysis and risk assessment for various subcontract awards.

- **Project Support**: Collaborate with project teams on business-winning and proposal efforts driving successful outcomes.

- **Relationship Management**: Manage the tactical and strategic aspects of subcontract relationships interfacing with technical and contract organizations.

- **Contract Modifications**: Issue modifications solicit Engineering Change Proposals (ECP) issue Stop Work Orders and review Prime Contract modifications.

- **Problem Solving**: Develop innovative solutions to complex problems showcasing your ingenuity and creativity.

- **Policy & Compliance**: Assist with updates to policies procedures and compliance measures ensuring continuous improvement.

- **Performance Monitoring**: Serve as the focal point for subcontractor performance handling everything from RFP generation and purchase order placement to performance monitoring and completion assessments.

- Strong ability to develop sound business cases and analyze large volumes of data.

#### Qualifications:

- **Education**: Bachelors degree in business administration or a related field.

- **Experience**: 5-7 years in subcontracts management procurement proposal price/cost analysis strategic sourcing or related areas.

- **Clearance**: Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.
