What is in it for you:
Salaried: $55-60 per hour.
Incorporated Business Rate: $65-70 per hour.
10-month contract.
Full-time position: 37.50 hours per week.
Hybrid model: 3 days per week on-site subject to change.
Responsibilities:
Digital Testing: Utilize Digital portals to perform testing on insurance applications ensuring they meet business and technical requirements.
Guidewire Expertise: Utilize Guidewire software to perform testing on insurance applications ensuring they meet business and technical requirements.
Legacy Expertise: Utilize Legacy Mainframe UI to perform testing on insurance applications ensuring they meet business and technical requirements.
Analysis and Reporting: Analyze test results identify bottlenecks and provide detailed reports with recommendations for improvements.
Collaboration: Work closely with development operations and business teams to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive testing coverage.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed documentation of test plans scripts results and recommendations also JIRA QE boards.
What you will need to succeed:
Education: Bachelors degree in computer science Information Technology or a related field.
Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in Guidewire Digital and Mainframe testing with a focus on personal and commercial insurance applications.
Flexibility: Must be willing and able to work extended hours when necessary to support project needs.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Guidewire functional testing proficiency in Digital functional testing experience in mainframe testing
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
Experience with cloud-based environments and testing. (nice to have)
Certification in Guidewire Digital and Mainframe testing or related areas. (nice to have)
Knowledge of insurance industry standards and regulations. (nice to have)
