We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Seasonal Onsite Coordinator to join our team in Buttonwillow CA! This role is critical in supporting our clients operations and ensuring smooth workforce management during the busy season.

Job Title: Onsite Coordinator (seasonal)

Pay Rate: $19.50/hour

Schedule: 2nd shift (2:00 PM - 11:00 PM) (must be flexible to work overtime and weekends)

Bilingual (English/Spanish) required

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and respond to daily emails including call-outs and client communications.
Prioritize and fill pending orders promptly.
Track and document dispatched employees with proper notes.
Prepare and send resumes to clients for review.
Coordinate with supervisors leads and clients on staffing needs.
Conduct daily safety walks and address any safety concerns.
Support new hire onboarding and employee check-ins.
Run daily Time & Attendance reports; resolve missed punches and meal violations.
Facilitate safety meetings/tailgates as needed.
Handle disciplinary actions incident reports and injury reports in a timely manner.
Participate in scheduled HR safety and client conference calls.
Follow SOPs for secure check distribution and ensure return of checks to the branch.
Manage contact tracing protocols when necessary.
Submit daily safety walk and pass-down reports.
Demonstrate urgency and professionalism using the 3 Steps of Customer Service: Acknowledge Update Resolve.
Complete monthly GotSafety requirements.

Qualifications

Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
Flexible schedule including weekends and overtime.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Prior experience in staffing HR support or warehouse coordination a plus.
