HIIs Mission Technologies is seeking an experiencedF-16 Instructor Pilotto deliver realistic adversary air tactics training for Air National Guard (ANG) and Air Force Reserve Command (AFRC) aircrews. Based atHomestead ARB this roleinvolves flying red air missions in theF-16 Mission and Tactics Trainer (MTT) supporting simulated engagements mission planning and training exercises. Youll also provide subject matter expertise on advanced tactics simulator tools and debriefing processes to enhance pilot combat readiness.
