Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and maintenance of sales collateral marketing materials and product documentation for Sales Managers.
• Support the Sales team in managing sales team inquiries providing product information and facilitating order processing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely support in sales & reporting
• Help analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for business growth and improvement.
• Participate in departmental meetings and contribute ideas to enhance sales support processes and customer satisfaction.
• Perform administrative tasks and other duties as assigned to support the Sales departments objectives.

Who Are We Looking For

We look for big thinkers. People who can drive positive change step up and show whats next people with passion can-do attitude and a hunger to learn and practice this means:

• Bachelors degree.
• Good knowledge of English language
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with Sales team members and clients.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word Excel PowerPoint).
• Enthusiastic team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Previous experience in sales customer service or retail is preferred but not required
