Join our team as an Automation Associate where youll play a pivotal role in the Intelligent Automation Development and Implementation within Commercial and Investment Banking. As an Associate within the Intelligent Automation Development and Implementation team you will conduct and manage advanced intelligent automation and business analysis executing and implementing automation and digitization strategies to support the Operations function. You will design and deploy Intelligent Automations and RPA solutions to streamline operational tasks. You will conduct data analysis and business process examinations to optimize operations across Securities Services making it scalable. Your role will involve applying AI and ML technologies to enhance automation predictive analytics and customer/client interactions.
- Design and deploy Intelligent Automations and RPA solutions.
- Conduct data analysis and business process examinations.
- Apply AI and ML technologies to enhance automation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities.

- Hold a Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Engineering or a related field.
- Possess a minimum of 7 years in Intelligent Automation Data analysis and AI.
- Demonstrate profound knowledge and hands-on experience with RPA tools like UiPath PEGA and Python.
- Exhibit strong expertise in data transformation and analysis tools like Alteryx and Tableau.
- Be well-versed in AI/ML/LLM applications developments APIs and integrations.
- Display exceptional business analysis skills with robust problem-solving capabilities.
- Communicate effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in deploying successful automation projects.
- Knowledge of predictive analytics and customer/client interactions.
- Ability to manage stakeholder relationships and ensure project alignment.
- Familiarity with advanced automation and analytics solutions.
