The Role:
We are seeking a Senior Director of Global Creative to lead our central creative function.
This role will oversee the global creative strategy operations and execution across allregions ensuring the highest level of creative excellence brand consistency and localized impact.
The Senior Director will directly manage central teams and operate in a matrix structurewith regional and local creative leaders. This role is highly cross-functional collaboratingwith marketing functions product heads regional leadership and external agencies.

What youll do:
Leadership & Strategy: Lead the central creative hub setting the global creative vision strategy and priorities.
Team Management: Directly manage central teams and work in matrix with regional/local creative teams to drive alignment and execution.
Content & Creative Development: Oversee global content creation across channels ensuring high standards and brand consistency while enabling efficient localization.
Operating Model: Build and maintain scalable processes and governance for global-to-local creative workflows.
Budget & Resources: Manage a large budget; strategically allocate resources across agencies FTEs and freelancers. Innovation & AI: Drive adoption of AI-based creative tools and technologies to enhance efficiency personalization and creative scale.
Collaboration: Partner closely with Marketing Brand Product and Regional leadership to deliver impactful creative strategies that drive business outcomes.
Who you are:
Major experience in creative leadership roles within global organizations.
Proven experience managing large complex creative functions ideally in a global environment.
Strong track record of leading multi-disciplinary teams across design copy video and digital creative.
Demonstrated ability to operate in a matrix structure with both direct and indirect reports.
Deep understanding of creative strategy storytelling and content development across multiple channels
Expertise in building and maintaining operating models for global creative functions balancing localization with global consistency.
Strong experience managing large budgets and optimizing spending between agencies freelancers and in-house resources.
Hands-on knowledge of emerging creative technologies including AI-driven tools and automation.
Exceptional communication influence and stakeholder management skills at executive levels.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced global environment with multiple priorities.
