In the role ofAsset Care Managerworking inTorontoyou will be part of theBrewing Team.This role provides input on technology needs overseeing equipment upgrades and supporting capital projects. It drives continuous improvement across equipment processes and technology while fostering strong relationships with OEMs and solving functional challenges. The position manages asset care planning and oversees the hourly trade team. Reporting to this position will be the Brewing Maintenance Leads and Asset Care Team Leader. It ensures compliance with safety quality GMP and Molson Coors standards maintaining high housekeeping standards. Additionally the role develops deep process expertise across four focused teams and supports the growth of operations teams through strategic leadership and coaching.

This position reports toDirector of Brewing.

What Youll Be Brewing:

  • Most importantly you will lead a team of talented colleaguesand support their growth and development through career discussions and consistent one on oneconversations
  • Lead the development and progress updates of the departments asset management strategy aligning with corporate processes. Communicates the strategy to the various functions within the department.
  • Establishes process to ensure the operating budget is met (labor DMP/PMS capital expense).
  • Supports RMMC in developing a stores inventory reduction and optimization strategy.
  • Ensures the highest level of execution of capital projects including justification and development. Coordinates capital and expense project work. Interfaces with brewery and corporate engineers.
  • Responsible for building a winning team by role modeling CSFs WCSC 2.0 work principles and practices and leading and ensuring full leverage of all people management processes.

  • You have abachelors degree in engineering OR equivalent experience
  • You have atleast2 years experienceinan engineering/maintenance/operations leadership and managerial position in a manufacturing environment
  • Knowledge can making processes preferred
  • Must have good working knowledge of OSHA Standards Plant Safety Rules and Regulations.
  • Must be able to organize and administer complex budgets providing sound direction accurate budget forecast leadership and cost analysis relating to budgetary impact.
  • CMRP (Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional) and or MMS (Maintenance Management Systems) certifications a plus
  • You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities

Job Posting Total RewardsOfferings: $114600.00 - $150400.00 (posting salary range) 15% target short term incentive $11000 on average spent on benefits per employee including but not limited to health dental vision retirement with above market employer match wellness incentives and EAP paid time off (including holidays vacation days and sick days).


The posting range provided above for salary is what we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.
