About the Role
We are tech-agnostic and always choose the best tools for the job. Our current stack includes:
Frontend: Angular Capacitor Electron React (internal tools)
Backend: Fully serverless on AWS (Cognito AppSync GraphQL Lambda DynamoDB)
Analytics: Amplitude
DevOps: CI/CD strong test coverage minimal Ops
We embrace strong frontend-backend decoupling with GraphQL and modular design enabling rapid development and deployment with minimal dependencies.
What to Expect
Your First Month:- Integrate key third-party APIs including legacy systems
- Ship features that directly impact liveswithin your first two weeks.
- Join customer calls to gain deep insights into user pain points and motivations.
- Architect and deploy a scalable & cost-effective ETL data pipeline
- Deploy our deep learning training & validation architecture into production.
- Build cutting-edge AI-powered products including:
- Global context-aware chat with semantic search
- LLM-enabled cloud telephony for end-to-end care
- Advanced care orchestration tools
- Help hire & scale the team optimizing processes to maximize productivity and minimize dev time costs.
- Work with our ML & data team to improve ETL throughput and quality through a data-driven approach.
- Potential to transition into a managerial/executive role shaping the future of our technology and mission.
