Are you a night owl looking for an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team Comfort Suites Brunswick is currently seeking for a dedicated individual to join us!
Position: Night Shift Team Member
Location: 1464 Town Center Blvd Brunswick ohio
Hours: 11pm - 7am Part time/full time
Responsibilities:
Greet guests upon arrival with a warm smile and friendly demeanor
Assist guests with check in and check out procedures
Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby and common areas
Ensure security protocols are followed throughout the night
Handle any guest concerns or emergencies with professionalism and efficiency
Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless operations during the night shift
Requirements:
Excellent customer skills
Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
strong communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred but not required
