Job Summary
Suburban Hospital is a 228-bed Level II Trauma Center and a community-based hospital in Bethesda Maryland. Suburban Hospital is a member of Johns Hopkins Medicine and has served Montgomery County and the surrounding area for more than 65 years. The designated trauma center for Montgomery County Suburban Hospital is fully accredited by the Joint Commission and has earned ANCC Magnet Recognition for nursing excellence.
What you will do:
TheNursing Supervisorwill work within the Nursing Administration Dept. and assures the application of standards for nursing practice through observation supervision intervention and evaluation. She/hewill act as a role model resource and communication link to coordinate nursing and other hospital services to assure safe patient care. The Nursing Supervisor is also responsible for administrative decisions which assure compliance with hospital and regulatory standards.
Qualifications needed:
- Five (5) years or more experience as a staff nurse with progressive leadership responsibility
- Must have a current Maryland RN licensure and CPR certification
- Associates of Nursing required Bachelors Degree strongly preferred

Salary Range: Minimum 74.80/hour - Maximum 74.80/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
