Job Summary

The Johns Hopkins HospitalDepartment of Emergency Services is a designated Level 1 Adult Trauma Center regional Pediatric Trauma Center Eye Trauma Center Stroke Center and Cardiac Center for the state of Maryland. The Adult Emergency Department provides 24/7 comprehensive care to adult and geriatric patients as well as trauma patients 15 years and older. The department consist of 76 treatment beds and handles more than 60000 visits annually.

Shifts: Evening shifts; weekend work required (every 3rd weekend)

Shifts could be any combination of 11a to 11p 1p to 1a or 3p to 3a. Must be flexible as the shift is not a set shift.

Qualifications:

  • Active Maryland LPN license is required
  • BLS CPR certification required: AHA Red Cross or Military Training Network accepted
  • Must have LPN experience in the ED or Urgent Care.

Salary Range: Minimum 28.91/hour - Maximum 44.99/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
