Essential Responsibilities
Responsible for the execution of contracts maximizing benefits and opportunities:
Create and execute an integrated plan to meet Company economics/financial and contractual targets within the allocated budget including margin expansion initiatives
Define update and monitor budget business plan economics financials program and contract KPI (OTD VoC etc)
Actively identify and manage risks and keep risk register update
Execute activities to address customer concerns to maximize Customer satisfaction
Lead the interfunctional Program Team (ENG GSC QUA etc.)
Flow-down the contract requirements and the Customer demand to GSC
Drive the Program Control Board and the Configuration Management meetings
Support the Commercial Team during all the phases of an offer starting from the Customers needs through the negotiations and until the hand-over at the Kick-Off meeting
Support the preparation of program reviews with Customer in accordance with the contractual and customer expectations
Monitor the program progress (reporting relevant KPIs EV etc.) at the operating rhythm (WOR MOR QMI Cash Flow etc)
Prepare and archive the documentation sent to the Customer (PO acceptance official letters cost sheets)
Establish regular communication pattern keeping Program Director team and Customers informed about program status significant developments and business issues
Qualifications/Requirements
Engineering bachelors degree from an accredited University (Industrial/Management)
Sense of urgency in dealing with complex issues and tasks
Proven leadership skills and ability to effectively work in a matrix team/organization
Excellent collaboration organizational and change agent skills
Fluent written and spoken Italian and English
Willingness and ability to travel for meetings
Work Visa according to local regulation is required
