What Youll Do:

Lead agile software development projects from initiation through delivery aligning with both business objectives and technical specifications.
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups sprint planning retrospectives and backlog refinement.
Collaborate closely with product managers engineers and designers to set scope priorities and milestones.
Manage project schedules risks and dependencies proactively addressing blockers and tradeoffs as they arise.
Ensure clear communication and transparency across teams and stakeholders via regular status updates and reports.
Coordinate cross-functional efforts among engineering QA UX and DevOps teams.
Champion agile best practices and foster continuous improvement in team delivery and processes.
Track and report on key performance indicators such as velocity sprint burndown and delivery timelines.
Support team morale and culture nurturing accountability learning and trust within the group.
Utilize tools like Jira Confluence GitHub Projects or Asana for workflow management and visualization.

What Youll Bring:

Deep understanding of agile frameworks (Scrum Kanban) and the software development life cycle.
Exceptional organizational communication and problem-solving abilities.
Skill in navigating technical discussions and collaborating effectively with engineering teams.
Demonstrated experience balancing scope time cost and quality across multiple simultaneous projects.
Proficient in agile tools (e.g. Jira ClickUp Azure DevOps or equivalent).
Comfortable working in remote and hybrid environments across various time zones.
Recommended: 35 years of experience in software project or technical program management.
Recommended: Bachelors degree in computer science Information Systems or a related field.
Certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) PMI-ACP or SAFe are a plus.
