Sr. Associate Paid Social (New York or Chicago)

Location: Applicants must be located in Chicago New York Wilmington DE or Columbus OH and be willing to work on-site. However the role will be remote until further notice
Contract Start: End November/Early December 
Contract Term: 6 months
Working Hours: 40 hours/week
Compensation: $60/hr

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive paid social media strategies across multiple platforms including Meta Business Manager Twitter Ads and TikTok Ads.
• Manage all aspects of campaign lifecycle from strategy and budget allocation to execution optimization and reporting.
• Leverage your in-platform buying expertise to maximize campaign performance and ROI.
• Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring industry trends and incorporating innovative tactics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
• Analyze campaign performance data identify key insights and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications :

• 5 years of hands-on experience managing paid social media campaigns. Recent demonstrable experience is crucial.
• Proven expertise in utilizing social ad platforms such as Meta Business Manager Twitter Ads and TikTok Ads. Experience with Sprinklr is a significant plus.
• Deep understanding of in-platform buying strategies and optimization techniques.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Do you possess a proven track record of success in managing paid social media campaigns
• Are you comfortable working with large datasets and extracting meaningful insights
