How youll make an impact

1. You will lead the region sales team to reach overall business targets with budgeted JV mix and segment mix.

2. You will facilitate and manage the collaboration between various internal and external stakeholders.

3. You will manage the customer relations to promote Hitachi brand via various customer events & visits.

4. You will support in people management and development.

5. You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations procedures and guidelines.

6. Living Hitachi Energys core values of safety and integrity which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.

Your background

1. You hold a bachelors and/or Masters degree in engineering related major especially in electrical & power.

2. Required with 10 years sales & team management experiences.

3. Strong frustration threshold & influential skill.

4. Team management and people development experience.

5. Good English & MS Office skills.
