Job Summary

administrative direction is responsible for the management of assigned City facilities to include budgeting resources building operation and maintenance custodial services and the coordination and administration of projects from initial concept planning stage to procurement of construction reviewing bids contract negotiations construction and job completion. Exercises direct supervision over assigned staff.
This position is an unclassified position and has no disciplinary appeal rights to the Municipal Civil Service Commission. This position is likewise subject to at-will employment status and can be terminated at any time for any reason.

Work Hours
7:45 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Monday - Friday
Qualifications :
- Bachelors Degree from an accredited college or university.
- Six (6) years of experience in the management of public or private facilities to include two (2) years of supervisory responsibility.
- Must pass a Transportation Security Administration (TSA) Security Threat Assessment clearance upon employment.
- Must maintain federally mandated security clearance required to work at an airport at all times.
Preferred Qualifications
- SFP - Sustainability Facility Professional.
- FMP - Facility Management Professional.
- PMP - Project Management Professional.
- CPMM Certified Professional Maintenance Manager.
- Valid Class C Texas Drivers License.
