About the Role
As Global HR Systems Analyst youll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our HR systems. You will help maintain data accuracy ensure compliance and develop meaningful analytics that support decision-making across Turner & Townsend.
Key Responsibilities
- Resolve HR systems issues and answer queries working closely with colleagues vendors and internal IT teams.
- Maintain data integrity security and SOX compliance controls.
- Analyse HR data and produce management information identifying trends offering insights and making recommendations.
- Create user-friendly guidance and training materials to support system users.
- Lead on data quality initiatives and support testing for new and updated system features.
- Manage the HR systems admin mailbox ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Continuously look for ways to improve data collection reporting and system processes.

Qualifications :
What Were Looking For
- Experience in HRIS system administration (experience with iTrent is a plus but not essential).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially in Outlook and Teams) and using Excel to manipulate large datasets.
- Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with a collaborative mindset.
- Analytical skills to interpret data and present findings clearly and effectively.
