Job Summary
Join our dynamic team as a QA Automation Engineer where you play a pivotal role in shaping the brilliance of our products. Be the driving force behind ensuring our cutting-edge solutions not only meet but exceed customer expectations setting new benchmarks for usability security and performance.
Reporting to the Senior Associate Director IT Agile Testing Lead you will:
- Actively participate in Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning Daily Stand-ups Sprint Review Sprint Retrospective) providing valuable insights on testability and quality.
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners Developers and other team members to understand requirements and user stories translating them into comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Design develop and execute detailed test cases covering functional integration regression and performance testing.
- Utilize Python with Selenium and PyTest to develop and maintain automated test scripts ensuring efficient and repeatable testing.
- Identify document and track defects using appropriate tools and work collaboratively with the development team to ensure timely resolution.
- Perform exploratory testing to uncover potential issues and improve overall test coverage.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our testing processes and methodologies within the agile framework.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding test progress results and potential risks.

Qualifications :
You Have:
- Proficiency and hands-on experience in Python Selenium and PyTest for test automation.
- Extensive experience (4 years) as a Software Tester with a significant portion of that time working within Agile/Scrum teams.
- Proven ability to create well-structured comprehensive test plans and test cases from requirements and user stories.
- Solid understanding of software testing principles methodologies and best practices.
