Call Center Reservations Representative

As a Remote Call Center Reservations Representative youll handle inbound and outbound calls assist owners with reservations and account inquiries and ensure a 5-star experience with every interaction. What youll do as a Call Center Reservations Representative:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from Westgate Resorts owners in a high-volume call center environment
• Deliver exceptional customer service by resolving inquiries quickly and professionally
• Assist owners with booking canceling and modifying reservations
• Explain timeshare ownership benefits account details and vacation package options
• Process external exchange requests and promote Vacation Guard Travel Protection
• Maintain accurate call documentation and meet performance goals for quality and efficiency
• Collaborate with your team to enhance guest experience and sales performance

Qualifications :

• High school diploma or general education (GED) required
• Proven ability to follow instructions and work independently
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed
• Excellent communication listening and multitasking skills
• Positive attitude strong work ethic and passion for customer satisfaction
• Must successfully pass a background check and drug screening
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
