Job Summary
- Assists residents with activities of daily living such as bathing dressing and personal hygiene.
- Assists residents in preparing for and transporting to and from medical appointments activity and social programs.
- Checks residents vital signs measures weight and height and records data as instructed; reports any variances to Charge Nurse.
- Answers resident call lights promptly to attend to needs; frequently checks those who are unable to call for help.
- Performs restorative and rehabilitative procedures as instructed.
- Assists residents to walk with or without self-help devices as instructed.
Qualifications :
- Active CNA license for PA
- Active CPR certification
