Job Summary

What Does a Group Art Supervisor Do 

The Group Art Supervisor (GAS) is an active contributor to the creative team taking full responsibility of the work and owning concept and creative development on various projects across the portfolio ranging in complexity and scope. The GAS has a proven ability to multitask and delegate as appropriate to ensure seamless management of projects of varying types while still contributing to idea generation. The GAS is a direct liaison between creative and senior account team members focused on consistently delivering work that answers strategic business and creative expectations. The GAS possesses advanced presentation skills and is often called upon to sell work externally. The GAS is also responsible for providing career-building guidance mentorship and support to the full creative team to foster growth and development. 


Qualifications :

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR 

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent education plus professional experience required 
  • At least 8 years of design experience spanning digital traditional and print/tradeshow 
  • A book of strategic and beautiful work featuring prowess in typography conceptual thinking and an eye for varying styles (e.g. photography illustration etc.) 
  • Photoshop Illustrator InDesign and Sketch know-how (added bonus for InVision) with a basic awareness of online coding languages (HTML and CSS are our faves) 
  • Extensive pharmaceutical experience is required 
  • Experience with complex projects that include internal and external account and creative teams 
  • Client-facing confidence that advances dialogue sells creative ideas and creates strong agency-client relationships
