Job Summary

THE MISSION
Our customers and our teams are in good hands with you.
You are the director of the catering department (restaurant bar and work/event spaces).
In charge of developing the profitability of each outlet you also participate in the engineering of the menu and the setting of menu prices.
You recruit supervise direct & coordinate all the restaurant staff while taking on many other responsibilities.
You ensure compliance with the law; youre watch at Mama is never over.
You guarantee the customer experience is always perfect!

Excellent management youve mastered cost control analysis of figures & productivity optimization.

You know your results and are not afraid to show it; your PowerPoint presentations and your Excel tables make everyone jealous!
You are good at delivering the Mama experience to suppliers and service providers; you have great relationships and they love you!
You want to be at the heart of the action with your team and not always alone at your office. You get your hands dirty and think that leading by example is the key to success.
