Job Summary

You are eager to grow within the Mid Cap division of the Capital Markets team supporting transactions across a variety of asset classes while contributing to the execution of complex real estate deals.
Your Activities
- Support the sale or acquisition process of real estate assets including the preparation of technical and commercial documentation
- Work across all real estate asset classes (office retail residential logistics etc.) managing transactions that address mid-cap investment sizes relevant to both private and institutional investors.
- Assist in managing relationships with institutional investors private clients and market operators (including real estate brokers)
- Conduct market research and economic evaluations on individual properties or assigned portfolios
- Analyse offers and purchase proposals preparing summary reports and recommendations for clients
- Draft presentation materials and periodic reports on deal progress and market dynamics
- Participate in property inspections and site visits across Italy
Qualifications :
- An adaptable mindset suited to a fast-paced and versatile environment with the flexibility required to operate effectively in the Mid Cap context
- Studies or educational background in architecture engineering or economics
- Minimum 2 years of experience within real estate companies investment firms agencies or asset management companies (SGR)
- Good knowledge of the Italian real estate market (residential office retail).
- Interest in economic and financial analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel (advanced level) and PowerPoint.
- Ability to prepare analytical and commercial reports with attention to detail and accuracy.
- True passion for the real estate sector and a proactive result-oriented attitude.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a commercial and negotiation mindset.
- Problem-solving ability and teamwork spirit
- Flexibility and willingness to travel throughout Italy for property visits and client meetings.
- Native Italian speaker or C1 level proficient in English (B2 level)
