- Manage and optimize the product portfolio developing assortment and market positioning strategies
- Ensure category targets are met improving product presentation with a customer-centric approach
- Define and manage key performance targets in collaboration with different stakeholders ensuring strategic alignment and continuous optimization of category performance
- Oversee strategic and operational projects collaborating with different departments to enhance category performance
- Monitor and analyze market trends to refine and adapt category strategies
- Lead and develop the Category Management team for Italy providing strategic direction and support
Qualifications :
About you
- Academic background in Business Administration Marketing or a related field
- Strong experience (min. 5 years) in Category Management experience in e-commerce
- Analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic constantly changing environment
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills capable of engaging with stakeholders at various organizational levels in Italian as well as English
- (At least first) Professional leadership experience
- You can work remotely a lot if you prefer but you should be able and willing to come to our office in Settala (near Milan) around twice per week. In addition you are open to meeting with the international team in Cologne (Germany) once a month all travel costs to Germany will of course be fully covered.
