Job Summary

We will count on you to:
- Source and identify potential opportunities in line with our new 4 year strategic plan
- Gather analyze and present information on potential acquisition targets
- Participate in the execution of M&A projects : from evaluating to structuring LOI and offer letters support/coordinate due diligence processes and prepare/participate in negotiations
- Build balanced relationships with business stakeholders and external counterparties
Qualifications :
For us the ideal candidate would have the following skills :
Strong analytical and synthesis skills with an attention to details and well structured attitude
Rigor autonomy proactivity and agility
Strong Interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with different stakeholders
General knowledge of the industry is a plus but not a requirement
Masters degree in Finance Economics or equivalent (Top business/engineering school)
Fluent English French (fluency in another European language would be a plus);
First experience (internship or apprenticeship) in M&A - Audit - TS - Corporate finance desired
