Role Summary
The Sales Specialist is a quota-carrying individual contributor responsible for selling SBSs Banking Digital Solutions Suite in the French market. This includes offerings such as Digital Banking Suite Digital Account Opening Digital Lending Digital Payments (e.g. Wero) Open Banking and upcoming AI-powered banking solutions.
The role focuses on new customer acquisition and expansion of existing accounts contributing to the sales cycle from prospecting to closing. The Sales Specialist will collaborate with Account Manager product and marketing teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Execution & Revenue Generation
Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas.
Identify qualify and close new business opportunities with financial institutions.
Expand SBS footprint within existing accounts through upsell and cross-sell strategies.
Lead client engagements presentations and solution positioning to C-level stakeholders.
Collaborate with Account Manager and product teams to deliver compelling demos and proposals.
Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting in CRM tools (Salesforce).
Market Development & Prospecting
Drive pipeline growth through outbound prospecting networking and targeted campaigns.
Represent SBS at industry events and conferences to build brand awareness and generate leads.
Monitor market trends regulatory changes and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
Solution Expertise & Client Advisory
Act as a subject matter expert on SBSs digital banking and AI offerings.
Provide consultative guidance to clients on digital transformation strategies and solution fit.
Relay client feedback to product and marketing teams to enhance offerings.
Qualifications :
8 years of experience in enterprise software sales preferably in banking or fintech.
Proven success in selling complex digital solutions to financial institutions.
Strong understanding of SaaS models digital transformation and banking technologies.
Excellent communication and C-level engagement skills.
Fluent in French and proficient in English.
