Job Summary
Join GYG Windsor as a part-time Shift Leader to drive the best customer service and culture!
The Shift Leader assumes the responsibility of guiding the team efficiently during designated trading hours ensuring team motivation and engagement by upholding our food safety and quality standards. Your role involves leading the team through busy service periods training crew members and actively enhancing the guest experience.
We value a variety of experiences but specifically we are looking for candidates who have:
- Leadership or supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment.
- A track record of providing outstanding customer service.
- Completed or willingness to complete Food Safety Supervisor certificate
- Completed or willingness to undertake Responsible Service of Alcohol course
