Job Summary:

Drive the strategic vision and hands-on execution of digital experiences that power online parts sales. Champion cross-functional collaboration to deliver solutions that are user-focused forward-thinking and aligned with core business objectives.

What You Will Do:

• Define and drive the UX vision for digital platforms ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.

• Lead end-to-end design efforts from discovery and research through wireframes prototypes and final implementation.

• Manage a global team of up to 20 designers

• Collaborate with product managers developers and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into intuitive user-centered solutions.

• Establish and evolve UX standards design systems and best practices across teams and projects.

• Mentor and guide UX designers fostering a culture of creativity inclusion and continuous improvement.

• Advocate for the user by championing usability testing accessibility and data-driven design decisions.

• Monitor and evaluate the impact of UX initiatives using feedback and analytics to refine and optimize experiences.

• Experience designing for WCAG Accessibility AA compliance.
