Were expanding our reach in Mississippi and seeking a passionate Marketing & Sales Representative to help connect families with the care they deserve.
Position Overview
The Marketing & Sales Representative is responsible for driving business growth by building relationships with referral sources community partners and potential clients. This role combines community outreach networking and consultative sales to promote About You In Home Cares services across assigned territories in Mississippi.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute local marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and referrals.
Build and maintain relationships with hospitals rehab centers senior living communities physician offices and other referral sources.
Conduct in-person visits and presentations to promote company services.
Identify potential clients and guide families through the intake and onboarding process.
Track leads referrals and conversions using CRM tools.
Collaborate with the care coordination team to ensure a seamless client experience.
Attend community events health fairs and networking meetings to represent the company.
Provide regular reports on sales activity market trends and performance outcomes.
Qualifications
Previous experience in sales marketing or business development preferably in healthcare senior care or home services.
Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a positive professional attitude.
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the Mississippi region.
Knowledge of local healthcare networks and community organizations is a plus.
