We are now looking for you to be part of this exciting change journey shaping the future of Group R&D.

Your tasks

Lead the design and continuous improvement oflightingcomponents
Ensure compliance with all technical specifications legislationand industry standards
Collaborate with system architects and other engineering teams to integrate lightning components into the vehicle
Define and execute validation tests including Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) and in-vehicle testing
Act as the technical interface for international suppliers
Monitor development progress to ensure quality timing and milestone adherence
Analyze and resolve technical issues during development and in the field
Continuously enhance component performance based on test results and user feedback
Create and maintain technical documentation for components
Provide regular updates and reports to project stakeholders

Your Profile

Bachelors or masters degree in electrical engineering mechatronics or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experiencein lighting componentdevelopment or a similar role
Experience working in international and cross-functional teams
Strong knowledge oflightingcomponents especially for heavy duty vehicles
Experience with system integration and validation in the automotive sector
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Intercultural competence and ability to collaborate across time zones
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Fluent in English written and spoken
