We are looking for an experienced Account Executive - Bali to join our diverse team of people who are passionate about taking the real estate industry into the age of technology through innovation and a desire to solve its multitude of challenges.
What youll do:
- Build and maintain a good relationship with our customers (agent property and principal office)
- Call and propose our product to the customer (agent property) who has ended their subscription
- Do consultative selling by phone call based on our databases
- Provide professional after-sales support to maximize customer loyalty
- Remain in regular contact with our customers to understand and meet their needs
- Maintenance agent : Handling objection consultative selling
- Member & Revenue Target : New Member Upsell Renewal & Winback
What you should have:
- Proven experience as an Account Executive or similar sales/customer service role
- Knowledge of market research sales and negotiating principles
- Outstanding knowledge of Google Apps (Sheets Slides Docs Meet) and MS. Office
- Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships
- Organizational and time-management skills
- Enthusiastic and passionate
- BSc or BA in business administration sales or marketing
