We are currently hiring German-speaking professionals to join several international customer experience teams based in Lisbon Portugal.
These openings cover a range of sectors including E-Commerce Digital Marketing Social Media Travel and Fraud Prevention.

Main Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer support in German via phone chat and email
- Handle customer inquiries related to products orders or account issues
- Detect and resolve problems effectively while maintaining quality standards
- Collaborate with international teams to enhance the customer experience
- Ensure compliance with internal and client procedures
Your Profile
- Fluent in German (C1/C2) and good English (B2)
- Previous experience in customer service sales or technical support preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Flexible and comfortable working in a multicultural team environment
- EU citizenship or valid residence in Portugal
