Main Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer support in German via phone chat and email
Handle customer inquiries related to products orders or account issues
Detect and resolve problems effectively while maintaining quality standards
Collaborate with international teams to enhance the customer experience
Ensure compliance with internal and client procedures

Your Profile

Fluent in German (C1/C2) and good English (B2)
Previous experience in customer service sales or technical support preferred
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Flexible and comfortable working in a multicultural team environment
EU citizenship or valid residence in Portugal
